JRM's CARS provides vehicle rental and occasional vehicle sales in Lomé, Togo. These terms apply to all interactions with our services.

Specific rental conditions, pricing, and availability are confirmed individually at the time of booking.

Renters must hold a valid driver's license and provide required identification documents as specified at booking.

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided, subject to normal wear. Fuel, mileage, and deposit terms are agreed upon before each rental.

JRM's CARS is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses arising from vehicle use beyond what is required by applicable law.

Renters are responsible for traffic violations, fines, and damages occurring during the rental period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment methods and deposit amounts are confirmed before each rental or purchase. Deposits may be withheld to cover damages or outstanding charges.

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Togo. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lomé.

JRM's CARS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
